We are searching for an experienced, passionate and outgoing individual who have catering experience..

Fielding's local kitchen + bar is our casual, upscale neighborhood restaurant in Creekside Park Village Center. Our menu includes dry-aged steaks, handmade artisan pasta, house-cured charcuterie, open flame pizza, and re-invented desserts. "The Watering Hole" Bar offers 25 draft and bottle craft beer, hand-crafted cocktails, a 120-bottle selection of wine and 150 spirits. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

SOUS CHEF Job requirements:

  • 1+ year Catering experience preferred.
  • Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
  • Knowledge of Aloha system a plus
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
