Our menu includes dry-aged steaks, handmade artisan pasta, house-cured charcuterie, open flame pizza, and re-invented desserts. "The Watering Hole" Bar offers 25 draft and bottle craft beer, hand-crafted cocktails, a 120-bottle selection of wine and 150 spirits. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

- 1+ year Catering experience preferred.
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Knowledge of Aloha system a plus
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
